COMMUNITY HEALTH STAFF
Adeyemi Bandele, MA, has over 30 years experience working with cultural, civic, and governmental organizations as a human services manager, operations director, grants writer, workshop leader, and instructor. Throughout his youth and adult life, he has been committed to community and individual empowerment and has specifically sought to have youth play a significant role in shaping their communities. As founder and executive director of Men on the Move, he designs and implements programs which, empower men to stand in their truth as better fathers, sons, husbands, and friends.
Adeyemi received his Masters degree in Human Services from Lincoln University. He has served as a board member for many associations and councils. His lifelong mission is to serve humankind by working to create a just society in which all experience peace, freedom, and full potential development.
Robert Dunigan, Ph.D, has over 20 years of research and clinical experience in the areas of behavioral health, social policy, substance abuse, and mental health prevention and treatment for minority populations. He also has over 5 years as an instructor and adjunct lecturer for Brandeis University and Boston College. As the Director of Community Development Activities for Harvard Medical School’s Department of Social Medicine, he developed and implemented training programs and developed curricula for service providers on minority health and aging issues. He brings extensive research and grant writing capabilities to the EMA staff.
Robert received his Ph.D in Social Welfare and Management from Brandeis University and his M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work from Boston College. He brings extensive experience with associations and boards. He has also conducted numerous workshops and training events and provided consultation services to various organizations.
Folami Harris, MA, has over 20 years of progressively challenging experience as a trainer/educator, progam designer, and administrator for youth development and reproductive health programs. She has 8 years experience as a technical advisor and executive agent in bilateral and mutilateral sponsored reproductive health and development programs and 7 years long-term field residence in southern Africa and Zambia as well as short-term assignments in southern and western African countries. She has been recognized for innovation, for building consortia across NGO, government and religious sectors, for designing culturally responsive programs with demonstrated impact; for integrating effective, low-tech tools in health promotion and program management of diversity within constituencies served.
Folami received her MA in Public Health from Columbia University and her BA from the University of Michican with graduate studies in Health Behavoir & Health Education. She has also written a number of journals and articles for publication. For click here for Educational Staff
